Slice the chicken breast into very thin strips. Add the turmeric, curry powder, mayonnaise, mustard, and mix well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then take it out.

Sauté the chicken and potato in a hot skillet until the liquid evaporates. Lower the heat while you fry the potatoes.

Spread the garlic sauce (toum) in the center of the flatbread.

Add the fried potatoes, then the chicken shawarma. If you have pickled cucumber, slice it thinly and add it, then roll up the sandwich tightly.

Serve with assorted pickles.
