Ingredients

  1. 100 gmcooked basmati rice
  2. 150 gmFinely chopped carrot
  3. 150 gmFinely Chopped beans
  4. 100 gmflour
  5. 100 gmFinely chopped onions
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. To tasteBlack pepper
  8. 1Spring onions chopped
  9. To tasteSoya sauce
  10. To tasteChilli sauce
  11. To tasteTomato sauce
  12. 100 gmcorn flour
  13. 100 gmBoneless chicken
  14. 1 pcEgg
  15. 150 gmChopped Capsicum
  16. 2-3 tbspVinegar
  17. 1 tspChopped ginger
  18. 2 small packetsNoodles
  19. 8-10 tbspOil-

Steps

  1. 1

    Fried rice- Heat some oil.Sauted all the vegetables except ginger with sauce, black pepper & salt. Then add the rice & prepared scrambled egg & serve it.

    Veg Manchurian- Heat some oi. Add all the chopped vegetables, Salt, different sauces, corn flour & Maida. Make small balls.... fry them. Use different sauces to make the gravy. Add the prepared balls & mix it properly.

    Fried chicken in red sauce- Take the boneless chicken piece. Marinate it with salt, black pepper & different sauces. Mix some maida to make the pakoras. Use different sauces to make the gravy. Add the prepared fried chicken in the sauce to serve it.

    Sauted all the vegetables except ginger. Add some salt, black pepper and different sauces. Add the boiled noodles & scrambled eggs & toss it.

  5. 5

    Fried momo- prepare a small dough for momo. Mix Chopped boneless chicken salt & pepper. Roll the dough for making puris. Add the stuffing fold it. Steam the momos for few minutes. Then fry all momos.

  6. 6

    All elements are ready for plating. Decorate your platter the way you want.
