Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmasoor dal
  • 1/2raw mango
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspginger
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • Pinchhing
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and wash the dal

  2. 2

    Add in a pressure cooker, salt, 1/2 tsp oil,raw mango pieces and boiled it

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add hing, cumin seeds when crackle add ginger, green chilli add masale

  4. 4

    Saute it add in dal and mix well

  5. 5

    Take a boil serve with rice
