Steps

Slice all vegetables

Heat 1 tbs oil

Fry onion and garlic
- 4
Add all vegetable except green pepper. Season them with salt and black pepper. Let them fry for 5 mins.

Add green pepper

When it becomes ready, take them out to plate.

Beat eggs and add salt and herb

Clean your pan quickly. And heat 1 tbs oil. Pour half of egg into the pan and leave it for 30 seconds until it become a bit cooked.

Return your vegetables over the egg and form it well.

Add the rest of egg over the veggie.

Cover the pan and let them cook for 5 mins. Fire should be small otherwise it will be burn.

After 5 mins, turn over it using plate and let the other side cooked well.
