1 cupsabut moong
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 tablespoonnamkeen for garnishing
1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder (optional)
1 teaspooncoriander powder
1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
1 teaspoonlemon juice
1medium size tomato chopped
1boiled potato chopped
1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder

Wash and soak moong overnight

Add salt, turmeric powder

Boil for 5 minutes with little water.

Now drain extra water

Add rest of the spices

Add tomato, potato and lemon juice

Garnish with namkeen

Serve with cup of tea.
