Egg bhurji with kabab

Steps

Take a pan and pour oil in it

Beat the eggs properly and keep aside

Roast the chicken kabab and cut in small pieces and keep aside

Add garlic, ginger and green chilies

Saute for 1-2 mins.

Now add Chopped onions and stir them well until light golden brown

Add salt, fennel powder, ginger garlic powder, red chilies powder and mix well.

Add meat masala, add beaten eggs and mix well.

Now add roasted chicken kabab in egg bhurji and cook for 2-3 mins.

Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
