Take a big bowl add besan, buttermilk, whisk well maje lumps free liquid.

Now put in kadhai and put kadhai on gas, add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Now take another pan add oil add jeera, add onion saute onion, when it golden brown, add tomato puree, cut thin potato add and cooked well.

Add onion and potato mixture in curry.

Mix well cook 5..8 minute on low heat.

Curry is ready.
