Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1Brinjal
  • 2Tomato
  • 3Onion
  • 2 teaspoonsGinger crushed
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1 tablespoonMilk powde
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoonsRed chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoonsMango powder
  • 3 teaspoonsJeera powder
  • 3 teaspoonCoconut powder
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 3 tablespoonsMustard oil
  • 1 teaspoonJeera
  • 4Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut four parts of brinjal pieces but in upper portion don't cut

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl add termaric powder add garam masala powder add Red chilli powder add jeera powder add coriander powder add black pepper powder add mango powder add salt add 2 teaspoons oil,mix all then put masala mix in the brinjal pieces keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add mustard oil in the nonstick pan add brinjal fry in medium flame then lower the flame cover with a lid fry then keep aside

  4. 4

    Add remaining oil add jeera add onion slices add termaric powder add red chilli powder

  5. 5

    Keep stir,add tomato pieces add jeera powder add coriander powder add black pepper powder mix well add garam masala powder keep stir

  6. 6

    Now add beaten curd with milk powder mix well keep stirring add green chilli add brinjal

  7. 7

    Add add coriander leaves which cut in pieces mix well then cover with the lid after few minutes tasty tasty begun Bahar is ready
