Chelsea Buns
Easy to prepare and very tasty
Steps

Put the flour in a bowl and stir in the salt. Rub in the butter and add yeast, stir in the sugar, make a well at the middle, pour in the milk and egg and knead to a soft dough.

Shape in a round and place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour to prove.

Make the filling,combine all ingredients together.

When the dough doubles in size, knock it down. Roll out and apply the filling then roll it back.

Cut the roll in several pieces and arrange side up in a roasting tin.Cover with an oiled cling film, leave in a warm place to rise for about 30min or until the pieces are touching.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees celcious for 25mins, when ready transfer to a wire rack, warm the honey in a small pan and brush over the buns to glaze.Serve.
