Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked and cooled jasmine rice
  • 1 cupboiled and mashed brocolli
  • 2 tbsp almond powder
  • 1 tbsp green chilli and garlic paste
  • to tastesalt
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 cupgreen paste(from spinach,green chilli,corinader and methi lieaves)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat butter,add mashed brocolli and almond powder cook for 30 sec on low flame,now add chopped onion,capsicum and salt.

  2. 2

    Add green paste and ginger garlic paste mix all well cook for 1 min,on slow flame.

  3. 3

    Now add rice mix all well,sprinkle water over it cover and cook for 3 mins.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
