Ingredients

1 1/4 cupsflour
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspcinnamon
1 cuprolled oats uncooked
1/3 cupmilk
2/3 cupapple sauce
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupmolasses
2 tbspcanola oil
1egg
3carrots shredded
1/2 cupprunes chopped

Preheat over to 400°F

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

In another bowl stir together wet ingredients. Then add carrots and prunes

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir until flour is moistened, batter will be lumpy

Spoon batter into a greased muffin tin. Bake 23 to 25 min

After taking out of oven immediately removed from pan.
