Ingredients

  • 1 cupUrad Daal green whole
  • 1 cupUrad Daal black whole
  • 1 cupMasoor Daal whole red
  • 1 cupWhite matar
  • 1 cupRajma
  • 1 cupKabuli chane
  • 1 cupKala chana
  • 1 cupLobia
  • 2onions chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspGreen cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Daal overnight

  2. 2

    Pressure cook daal till soft

  3. 3

    In a kadhai make masala of onion and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Add rest of masala and cook till ghee seperates

  5. 5

    Add dall and cook

  6. 6

    Garnish with onions

  7. 7

    Serve hot with rice
