1 cupUrad Daal green whole
1 cupUrad Daal black whole
1 cupMasoor Daal whole red
1 cupWhite matar
1 cupRajma
1 cupKabuli chane
1 cupKala chana
1 cupLobia
2onions chopped
2tomatoes chopped
1green chilli chopped
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1/2 tspGreen cardamom powder
1/2 tspGaram masala
to tasteSalt

Soak Daal overnight

Pressure cook daal till soft

In a kadhai make masala of onion and tomatoes.

Add rest of masala and cook till ghee seperates

Add dall and cook

Garnish with onions

Serve hot with rice
