Then take a bowl add dal, then fal washed and soaked for half an hour.

After half an hour take a pressure cooker add water, dal, salt,turmeric then 1 whistle,gas off.

Take a pan add ghee,jeera then jeera r crackle add garlic saute then add ginger and onion then onion till golden brown then add red chilli and tomato add then tomato r soft.

Then cooker r open add tarka mix well garnish green dhania.

Serve with chapati or rice.
