Steps

Firstly wash all veggies and rinse.

Peel the carrot and onion.

Chop all the vegetables.

In a pressure cooker add all vegetables, chopped garlic and water.

Stirr and pressure cook till 3 whistles or till all veggies cooked well.

Once vegetables become warm, blend in a blender till smooth, vegetables puree is ready.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil add cumin powder and salt.

Stirr for few seconds and add vegetable puree.

Add black pepper powder and black salt Stirr and simmer for 2 minutes.

If the mixture is too thick, can add water and too thin, can cook more for few minutes.

Serve carrot tomato soup with your choice of bread or dollop of cream.
