Marinated the fish with turmeric & salt.

Add mustard oil on hot pan.

Heat the mustard oil & fry the fish.

Again heat the oil, add half cumin seeds & novella seeds fry for 1/2 min.

Now add tomato paste stir well, cook for 2/3 mins.

Then add ginger paste & cook for another 1/2 mins.

Now add cumin powder & turmeric powder & stir well.

Then add some water, salt & sugar mix well, & cook for 3/4 mins.

Then add fish mix well, cook another 2/3 mins.

Then add garam masala powder mix well.

Now ready your Tel koi/ Climbing perch fish curry, serve with hot rice.
