Steps

Grind roasted masoor daal to nice flour.
- 2
Add all purpose flour, pinch of salt, 1 tsp oil and knead to fine dough with required water.

Roll into thin roti and cut 1/4 inch noodles out of it.

In a pan add water and few drops of oil. Once water boils add noodles and cook it for 10-15 minutes.

Grind coriander salt and peanuts into fine pesto.

In a pan add 1tsp buttermilk and grated cheese and cook it till thick sauce consistency. Season it with salt and pepper.

Add 1tbsp pesto. Add noodles to creamy pesto sauce. Once coated nicely in sauce take it in serving bowl.

Serve lentil fettuccine with creamy pesto. Happy eating..
