Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1/4 cupsoaked rajma, kidney beans
  2. 1/4 cupsoaked lobia or black eyed bean
  3. 1/4 cupsoaked white beans
  4. 1finely chopped onion
  5. 1finely chopped cucumber, deseeded
  6. 1finely chopped tomato, deseeded
  7. 1finely chopped medium size capsicum
  8. 1finely cubed cheese cube
  9. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. For the dressing
  12. 1 tbspolive oil
  13. 1 tbsptomato chilli sauce
  14. 1 tsporegano
  15. 1 tspchilli flakes
  16. 1 tspparsley
  17. 1 tspgarlic paste
  18. 1 tsplime juice
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. as neededWater to cook the beans

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker put rajma, salt and water

  2. 2

    Close the lid and cook on high for one whistle

  3. 3

    Then cook on low heat for at least 20 minutes

  4. 4

    In the same way cook lobia and white beans in another cooker, but it will take less time than rajma

  5. 5

    When they are cooked then strain the extra water from them, do not throw the water, we can use it for any sabji, keep them aside to cool down

  6. 6

    In a mixing bowl prepare the dressing, combine together olive oil, tomato chilli sauce, oregano, chilli flakes, parsley, garlic paste, lime juice and salt, mix well

  7. 7

    Now add the cooked beans, cucumber, onion, tomato, capsicum, cheese cubes abd chopped coriander to the ready dressing and mix nicely

  8. 8

    Chill it for an hour then serve

  9. 9

    You can keep the dressing and the other ingredients separately also, whenever required then you can mix them

  10. 10

    A salad full of nutrients like protein, calcium, fiber, potassium
