bacon
potatoes
1 pinchsalt
1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
lemon juice
1 tablespoonmayonnaise

Make the ranch sauce: Pour the heavy cream and lemon juice into a bowl and mix well.

Add the salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and onion powder, and mix everything together. Add the milk to thin the sauce a bit.

Add the tablespoon of mayonnaise and refrigerate while you continue with the other steps.

When it's halfway done, place it on a plate with a piece of paper to absorb the grease. Fry the potatoes.

Cut the bacon if bought in strips, or into small cubes. Heat a pan without oil since the bacon will release some fat, and fry it without fully cooking it because everything will finish cooking later.
