Homemade chhena is high in protein content.1/2cup of chhena contains nearly about 14gm of protein. This chhena can be prepared by curdling of milk with few drops of lemon juice.
Steps

Take milk in a wide bottomed pan and keep it on the stove top on medium to low flame. After boiling of the milk lower the flame and stir the milk continuously till it becomes little bit thick.

Then add sugar and continue to cook for further 5min.

Add half of the chopped dry fruits and cook for another 2min.
- 4
Add crumbled chhena and cardamom powder cook for about another 3-4 min in low flame and switch off the flame.

Tastes better after chilling it in refrigerator for 1-2hours. While serving add the rest of dry fruits.
