Pichi Potta Chicken (Shredded Chicken Curry)

Cooked Shredded Chicken is again cooked in masalas and chicken stock, enhances the curry taste. Tastes wonderful with chapathi and rice too.

Cooked Shredded Chicken is again cooked in masalas and chicken stock, enhances the curry taste. Tastes wonderful with chapathi and rice too.
Steps

Wash and clean the chicken. Put it in a cooker.

Put 1tsp salt and 1tsp turmeric along with 1 cup water in the cooker. Cook till two whistles

Slice onion and chilles

Heat oil in a pan and put onion and chilli slices fry them.

Add curry leaves and keep stirring till onion changes it's colour

Add ginger garlic paste when onion turns lil brown. Let it saute for 2-3mins

Add tomato slices and mix well

Add Salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Mix well

Add garam masala. Mix well.

Shred the cooked chicken by making it into pieces

Add chicken pieces to fried onion. Mix well

Now put the chicken stock and let the shredded chicken cook again in the madala

Sprinkle coriander and mix well

Let it simmer on low flame so that all the water gets evaporated. Take off the stove when all the water evaporates. Add lemon juice to enhance the flavour.

Serve this with chapathi/roti or white rice.....
