Steps

First peels off then cut beetroot in small pieces

Put them in presser cooker add 1cup water...boil it till 2-3 wistel

Now grind boil beetroots and make fine paste

Heat desi ghee in pan pour grind beetroot in it and continue stir it

Stir it until it's colour turns light brown then add condensed milk in it

After 2-3 mints add coconut powder cardamam powder sugerpowder and chopped almond in it...

Stir continue till halwa become thicker...now off the flame and let it cool.

Grish two three steel bowls wth ghee put halwa and press it all side wth fingers make like halwa basket...pour icecream in between basket

Then put bowls in freezer fr 15-20 mints fr set

Now take out bowls and carefully turn halwa wth icecream in other bowl ar plate

Ready...decorate it wth dry fruits and tooti frooti
