Pork and apple koftas

This is a twist on the original lamb kofta from Greece/Cyprus instead of lamb I'm using pork and Apple to give it a bit of a sweet taste
To make about 38 koftas and a tzatziki yoghurt to go with it follow the ingredients bellow

First break up the mince and add your salt and pepper and the garlic paste them mix altogether

Add all of your apples and Cinnamon and turmeric plus the chilli flakes then give it one last good mix

Now you need to preheat your oven to 180°C fan, whilst that's preheating make your mince mix into kofta shoes which is basically an oval shape I made 38 from this but it matter how big or small you want them

Then pop them all in the oven for around 25-30 mins or until there cooked all the way through

Now for the tzatziki:
First start by mixing the cucumber and yoghurt together then add your salt. - 6
The last thing for the tzatziki is that you need to add the mint and lemon as it says in the ingredients it can be either bottled or fresh personally I like fresh. But after everything is mixed and taken out the oven you can eat this with pittas or in a salad or just with the tzatziki. This below should look a bit like your tzatziki but it can look different
