Wash the beans and wash off the back.rinse very well.

Cut onion,Fresh pepper inside and blend preferrable in the mill

Mix with little amount of water add salt to taste.

Heat up vegetable oil and use a small cooking spoon to scoop the mixture to the hot vegetable oil.

Fry till is golden brown repeat till the mixture finish.

Mix the mill and mil in a cup and pour in hot water stir.
