For the stuffing

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep aside

For the dough

Combine all the ingredients and add enough water to bind medium soft dough.

Make small balls of this and roll to a roti of 3 inches diameter.

Place the stuffing and cover from all the sides and seal properly.

Again roll out to a paratha of 6 inches diameter.

Shallow fry on hot tawa using oil till golden.

Serve hot with ketchup or masala dahi.
