Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  6. 1 sacheteno

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix curd and sooji together

  2. 2

    Add salt and keep aside for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan

  4. 4

    Put mustard seeds

  5. 5

    When crackle pour in the mixture

  6. 6

    Mix well

  7. 7

    Add eno and put in the grease appam pan

  8. 8

    Cook both sides

  9. 9

    Serve with chutney or sambher
