Steps

Finely grate your carrot and lemon zest

Add your flour, salt, sugar and oil to the lemon zest and carrot mixture and mix them well

Pour in your warm water bit by bit will kneading it

Knead your dough till soft for 5-7min

Cover your dough and leave it at room temperature for 30mins

Divide your dough into small ball to your desired size

Roll them and cook in a medium heat using a pan
