Keep the kaju in a bowl of water

Take a heavy bottom pan

Take out the kaju from water grind into smooth paste adding little water

Add kaju paste into pan add sugar

Add elaichi powder

Stir till the mixture get thicken and leaves the pan.

Take out from the vessel.

Pour this mixture in to flat surface roll with the help of chapati roller cut into pieces.

Tasty kaju katli is ready to eat.
