Ingredients

  • Tuna fillet
  • Black and white sesame seeds(roasted)
  • 1boiled egg
  • Black olives
  • I large potato
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 3strings french beans
  • Oregano

    Take the tuna fillet and season with salt and pepper the coat with sesame.In a hot skillet pan sear the fillet for 2mins..P.s when u try to cook the tuna to medium or well done it will be hard n turn into rubber like texture!!! Remove set aside and cut into 2inch piece..

  2. 2

    Take the egg n boil for about 9mins when done place in an ice bucket to cool cut into 4 pieces set aside blunch your french beans...take a bouque of lettuce and set aside. With olives..

    In a small bowl mix the lemon, vinegar honey,crushed garlic,olive oil and oregano mix together and set aside

  4. 4

    Take the potato peel and wash,using a parisian scoop,scoop out the potatoes and it will give you small round balls.blunch them in tumeric water when done run them under cold water

  5. 5

    In a clean plate,place lettuce on plate,take the tuna and gently lay then over the lettuce,garnish the plate with the eggs,french beans,potatoes and olives

  6. 6

    Drizzle the vinigraite over the salad and serve
