1/4 cupPotato and onion chopped
1 tbspraisins
1-2 clovesgarlic chopped
1/4 tspginger grated
2-3slitted green chillies
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil add onion saute

Now add the Potatoes saute for a while

Add salt and cover a minute or two

Now add the ginger and garlic saute well

Add sev and raisins toss adding sugar

Garnish it with green chilli and serve
