Add a 1 tsp of oil in a pan

When it got hot add onions & cook for few sec then add carrot & capsicum & cook for 5 min,now add all the ingredients & mix it well

Now add boiled noodles & cook for 5 min

Keep it aside & let it be cool down

Take a bowl add 2 tbsp of flour & make a smooth paste with water

Take a big bowl put 2 cup of flour & add salt & 6 tsp of oil

Knead it well with water to make a smooth dough

Keep it aside for 1/2 hour

Make small balls of that dough after 1/2 hour & make chapaties from it

Take a chapati,put some filling in it & roll it,put paste of flour on the corners of roll with the brush & so that while frying, stuffing should not come out & make other rolls like this

Take a karahi,put oil in it & let it become hot & put one by one rolls in it & deep fry till they become brown.

Let them out,put on thr tissue paper to absorb the oil

Serve hot with chutney
