Ingredients

  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1chopped onions
  • 1chopped tomatoes
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1pkt eno

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add suji in it then add curd and mix well.

  2. 2

    Leave this batter for 10 -15 min.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions and tonatoes in it. then add all species and eno it this.

  4. 4

    Appy ghee on idli maker and fill maker with batter.

  5. 5

    Put this maker in oven and cook for 3 -4 min.

  6. 6

    Now it's ready to eat and serve it with imli chutney.
