Wash Coriander Leaves & make chutney thick consistency with salt & ginger garlic paste. Clean chicken pieces & stuff chutney inside

Wash paalak & take a deep bottom pan. Add palak, chicken pieces, salt (keep in mind salt in chutney), spices. Cook for 10-15 mins in 2 tsp oil or ghee. Serve hot with steamed rice

U can also pressure cooker for 2 whistles if in hurry
