Ingredients

30 mins
8 servings
  • 250 gm Besen
  • 150 gm Brinjal
  • 2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 4green chilli
  • 200 gm oil
  • 1/2 tbsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tbspchat masala
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    First wash brinjal and cut it in long strips

  2. 2

    Then mix all ingriedient together in a mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Now take a kadai put oil in it

  4. 4

    Nod dip one piece in besen an pour it in hot oil now repeat this one by one

  5. 5

    Pore 7to 8 pieces at a time

  6. 6

    Fry it golden brown

  7. 7

    Take it out in a napkin so that it cn soak the axes oil

  8. 8

    Now serve it hot With any sauce
