Steps

First wash both dals together and soak for over night.

Take a bowl add all ingredients of dough and make a normal dough with along chilled water. Take a rest for 1 hour
for stuffing - 3
Drain and wash the dal and grind coursly.
Take a pan heat oil add jeera, soanf, heeng, adrak, chilles saute a while - 4
Now add besan and saute till golden. Add all reast of masalas (exept sugar) and coursely groud dal and saute till dry up all the water

Now for making kachori take a small portion of the dough and press on palm..... fill 2 tbsp of fillng and cover with dough.,now press with palm to flattened.... now deep fry all kachories with same method on low heat
