Ingredients

  • 2big potatoes peeled & chopped into cubes
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspjeera
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil, add jeera saute

  2. 2

    Now wash potatoes, green chilli add in heat oil.

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame.

  4. 4

    When potato soft add salt,haldi powder and again cook for 2-3 min.

  5. 5

    Now jeera aloo is ready.
