Make strong coffee by boiling the coffee with the water. Set aside.

Mix dry ingredients. Set aside.

Add Oil or butter to the coffee brewed.

Add eggs, beaten.

Mix dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Mixture should be smooth not too thick.

Pour into lined. greased tin.

Bake for 30mins at 180C.

Leave to cool on a rack.

Enjoy with whipped cream or cold vanilla ice cream or just on its own.
