Hearty and fresh. Good as a cold salad but also a warm summer meal.
Steps

Cut smoked sausages/chicken into slices and fry, leave fat in pan the onions will be next
- 2
Fry the onions until soft and brown
- 3
Fry peppers until soft
- 4
Add 2 cans of chickpeas
- 5
Add sausages/chicken back in pan
- 6
Add 2 tablespoons of cumin
- 7
Add 4 tablespoons of Worcester sauce
- 8
Fry all ingredients together for 5 minutes until chickpeas are warm. (cream optional at this step)
