4-5potatoes
1 Bowlkuttu flour
1 tspChopped green chillies
1 tspgrated ginger
1 tspblack pepper
To tastesalt
As neededOil for frying

Cut potatoes into round shapes with the skin

Add kuttu flour, black pepper, salt, ginger and green chilli in a mixing bowl

Add some water make a batter add potatoes.

Heat oil in a wok add potatoes and deep fried
5

Serve with curd and cucumber
