On your gas and heat a pan. Now add 2-3 tbsp oil and fry green chilli for 2 seconds now put chopped onions in pan and cook.

After changed colour of onions mix chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and well cooked to tomatoes.

Now mashed potatoes and mix well in onions and tomatoes masala now close with the lid and cook 3 to 4 min.

Aaloo bhuji is ready to serve. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
