  • 200 gmUrad daal soaked & grinded
  • 1/2 cupRice flour
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 1 tspGinger
  • 1 cupOnion chopped
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspCoriander seeds
  • 2 tspCoriander leaf
  • 1 tspChilli flaks
  • 4 tspPaneer greted
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

10 miniute
  1. 1

    In a bowl put all things together except oil.

  2. 2

    Mix all things very well.

  3. 3

    In a heat pan add oil.

  4. 4

    Make medium size of round patties,from this batter.

  5. 5

    Put it in heat oil,let them fry golden.it will be crispy.

  6. 6

    Remove it from the flame.

  7. 7

    Serve it hot with chutney or any type of salsa.
