1large Potato cubed
2capsicum cubed
1tomato chopped
1onion chopped
2-3green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and add Onion slices saute well

Add garlic crushed and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add green chillies and capsicum
4

Mix and fry well
5

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft

As the veggies get cooked well add tomato
7

Finally add sugar and mix well

Garnish it with coriander leaves
