Add all ingredients listed below mint chutney in blender and make smooth paste,ur green chutney is ready. Keep aside

Thickly slice paneer and slit the slices without cutting through

For the marinade, whisk together the yoghurt, add turmeric, red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder,salt chat masala powder, oregano and leave aside

Place a tsp of mint chutney filling in the slit of each slice of paneer, spreading evenly and then leave to one side

Apply the yoghurt marinade all over each slice of paneer

Heat oil in non stick pan over medium heat, add paneer pieces & fry until golden brown.

Flip the pieces over the pan fry the other side. Cook for another 2-3mins until golden brown

Transfer the fried paneer to a plate
- 9
Serve hot
