Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil and fry the fish well from both the sides and keep aside

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add salt and turmeric powder and water

Bring it to boil well

Add the fried fish and simmer till the fish become soft

It is ready to be served with rice
