UN a saucepan,put oil,melt and add the onions and greated carrots,saute for 20 seconds.

Put the rice mix well in the sauteed carrots and onions

Add the glass of rice and salt to taste

Bring the rice to boil. Cover with a lid and simmer

Cook until all the water is finished.serve hot.
