Special crispy Pakoras

Steps

Take a large bowl and mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add finely chopped green chillies,onion and coriander leaves.

Take a fry pan and heat the oil.

Cut the potatoes in circle and chop a panner into cubes or square.

Dip the panner cubes and potatoes into the batter. Coat them well.

Add the panner cubes and potato square in the oil. Keep the flame to medium. Fry the pakoras in the small batches. To wait till both sides are golden brown and becomes crisp.

Then remove them with a slotted spoon. Drain pakoras on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve hot pat pakoras with hot tea and mint - coriander green chutney or tomato sauce.
