Ingredients

  • 3 cupswheat flour
  • 1/2 cupfenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 cupGram Flour (besan)
  • 1 tspsalt
  • As neededOil to fry
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Divede wheat flour into 3 parts means 1 cup each.first onead the plain flour with water.take 2nd add gram flour salt half tsp chilli powder (half)knead it.now wash and grind fenugreek leaves take 3rd part of flour add paste of fenugreek salt and chilli powder and knead.

    Take small peda of each dough.make cigar shape by rolling on pastry boardtwist like rope.roll on in a peda shape and press by rolling pin to form a flatbread.shallow fry on tva with oil.

    Take small bolls from doughsimply combine and press on pastry board.shallow fry on tva.

    Make small cookies sized flalbreads.set it on one another roll it and cut into discs sized now again press to flatten each disc.shallow fry on tva.
