Ingredients

1-2 people
  1. 1 cupboiled macaroni
  2. 1/2 cupVeg mayonnaise
  3. SomeRed chilli flakes
  4. 1 tspOregano
  5. Pinch Pepper
  6. 1 tsp Oil
  7. Pinch Salt
  8. 1 eachCapsicum and tomato cut into cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat frying pan add 1 tsp oil in it. Now add cubes capsicum & tomato.saute for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper,red chilli flakes, oregano.

  2. 2

    Now add boiled macaroni.Mix it well. Switch off the flame and add mayonnaise.

  3. 3

    Stir with spatula with light hands until all macaroni are covered with mayonnaise. Garnish with coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Our creamy mayonnaise macaroni pasta is ready.
