Steps

Take a pan and add sugar, water cook this on a high flame while stirring continuously, bring it to a boil then switch off the flame

Add cardmom powder, let it cool in room temperature

Meanwhile, take a bowl, add fresh cream/malai,powdered sugar, sliced almonds & pista, mix well, Refrigerate for 2 mins

Now take a bread slice & cut in rounds using a cutter or cup of small bottle

Take out the malai mix from the fridge after 2 mins

Take round slice of bread and spread the malai on it. cover it with another round slice of bread. Keep aside and make more

Take sugar syrup in 3 different bowls, in one bowl add green food colour and in another orange colour & in one bowl dont add any colour

Nw dip the chum chum in 3 diff colours

Coat it with desiccated coconut & keep on a serving plate

Garnish bread chum chum with coloured sugar balls

Yummy malai bread chum chum is ready to serve
