Steps

First add water in a wok add nutri and boiled it.

After boiled drain the water and chopped into small pieces.

Heat oil in a wok add tej Patta,black cardamom and dalchini and roast for a minute.

Now add chopped onions saute till change the colour.

Add tomato puree and spices saute till leave the oil.

Add soya sauce, sauce and vinegar and some water take a boil.

Add chopped nutri and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Serve with kulcha
