To prepare Marination / Marinade, take a mixing bowl n add all the marinating ingredients, mix n make a good thick paste.

Add in your chopped into good sizes lamb chops.

Mix well n let the marinade cover all your chops.

Cover with a cling film for 30- 45 mins. The longer they sit the better for marinade to have its way to your chops.

Pre heat your oven at 140 degrees.

Grease your baking tray n arrange your chops.

Put them in oven and bake till ready. Depending with your oven, adjust the temperature accordingly. Should not be too high as this may grill just the outer part while inside is still raw or else you do burnt offerings.

Once one side is done, turn them n brown the other side.

For the salad, chop n dice all your vegetables accordingly. Can add fresh lemon juice if need be.

Add salt n mix well. keep it in the fridge (optional) as you wait for your chops to be ready.

Once chops are ready, plate them, add your side salad n serve.

You can serve them with ugali, Roast potatoes, French fries or any accompaniment of your choice.
